    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing our website and using the services provided by Spa Pro Toledo ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    2. Service Descriptions & Scheduling

    Spa Pro Toledo provides pool and spa repair, installation, and maintenance services. We strive to arrive at scheduled times, but arrival windows are estimates and subject to change based on prior job duration, weather, or traffic. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

    3. Diagnostic Fees and Estimates

    Our standard diagnostic service call fee is $120. This fee covers the travel and time required for a professional technician to diagnose issues and provide a written estimate. This fee is non-refundable regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the recommended repairs. Additional repair work is billed in 15-minute increments. A mileage surcharge may apply for locations outside our standard 15-mile service radius.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash and major credit cards. Special order parts or custom liners may require a non-refundable deposit prior to ordering. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs.

    5. SMS & Communications

    By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Spa Pro Toledo related to your service requests, appointment reminders, and estimates. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    Spa Pro Toledo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any repairs performed, except in cases of gross negligence. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural damage, or failures of aged equipment during standard servicing.
